Receive payment, issue Official Receipt and post water service application

Record the payment of Inspection and Orientation Fee, inform/require the client to attend Orientation on scheduled date and forward service request to Inspection Officer

Wait for site inspection within three(3) working days

Conduct site investigation and prepare Inspection Report with Bill of Materials; Verify and submit Water Service Application Status Report to the office of the General Manager; Return request to Commercial Section for costing
